Why an application instead of just letting me book a call?
Because we only take installs we can deliver on. The application tells us in 60 seconds whether the consultation is worth your time and ours. It also means the consultation isn't sales-y — by the time we get on Zoom, we already know you're a fit.
How long does it take to hear back?
48 hours, always. Most decisions come back within 24. Daniel reads every application personally — there's no bot reviewing them.
What does an install actually cost?
Quoted live on the consultation, based on scope. Typical installs run $2,500 to $7,500 one-time, plus an optional monthly retainer. We don't publish a price because no two service businesses need the exact same build — and we'd rather you pay for what you actually need.
How long does the install take?
7–14 business days from kickoff for a standard install. The Full Machine (with A2P registration) runs 3–4 weeks because we have to wait on carrier approval — which is normal and not optional.
What if I'm not approved?
You'll get a kind email with two paths: read the free book to see if you should try the install yourself, or grab the Library — our four companion guides — for $99. The door stays open for a reapply when timing's better.
Can I just hire you to install if I'm ready right now?
Yes. That's exactly what the application is for. If you're a clear fit, we'll skip the long discovery and quote on the consultation.
Will I own the system after install?
Yes. Your CRM, your data, your domain, your subaccount under your login. We build it in your name from day one — never under our brand. You can fire us any time and the system keeps running.
What if I already have a CRM or website?
Most clients do. We'll either migrate the working parts into GoHighLevel or rebuild fresh — depends on what's there. We figure that out on the consultation, not before.
Do you work outside the US?
Yes — we work with operators in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. Other markets, ask on the consultation; A2P/SMS compliance varies by country and that affects the timeline.
Is the consultation actually free if I'm approved?
