What owners ask before they start
What exactly do you set up?
The whole path a customer takes to reach you: ads under your own Facebook and Instagram accounts, instant forms on every ad, an instant text to the lead and to you, an AI texting assistant trained on your business, a booking calendar with confirmations and reminders, a full year of automated follow-up, missed-call text-back, no-show recovery, database reactivation, a website, a carrier-registered business number, and one app to run it all from your phone.
Whose accounts is it built in?
Yours. The CRM, the ad account, the business number and the website are all in your name. If you don't have a Meta Business Suite yet, we set it up for you. Your GoHighLevel account is opened and billed in your name, and we walk you through it. We work inside them with access you grant, and you can remove that access at any time.
Do I own it at the end?
Yes. Everything is built in accounts in your name, and full ownership and administrative access transfer to you when the final payment under the service agreement clears. After that you can stop working with us and the system is still yours, running in your own accounts. Our methodology and templates stay ours, licensed for use inside your system.
How long does the build take?
Typically 10 to 14 business days after onboarding is complete. It depends on your access, information and approvals arriving on time, so it's a realistic timeline rather than a promise. Texting switches on once the carriers approve your registration, which takes days to weeks and is their decision.
What do I need to give you?
Access to your accounts, a domain for the website (or we can buy a new one for the build), and answers about your company, your services, your area and your customers. Onboarding walks you through it step by step.
Are there costs on top of your fee?
Yes. Our side is the setup price plus a required three-month launch management term, both written out in the service agreement. On top of that, these are billed to you directly, in your name: your domain, your GoHighLevel account, the texting registration and text-message usage are billed by GoHighLevel. Ad spend goes straight from your account to Meta, and we never mark it up. That's what makes the accounts yours rather than ours.
Why do I need a registered business number?
Carriers require businesses to register before they text customers from a business number, and unregistered texts can be filtered or blocked. Carriers only register a business with a legal entity and a tax ID, so you'll need both. If you have them, we file on day one of onboarding; if not, we build everything that doesn't depend on texting and file once your tax ID is issued. Approval is the carriers' decision and can take days to weeks, so texting switches on once it clears. If it's declined, we correct it and resubmit at no cost. If it still isn't approved after three tries, the system runs email-only at the same price.
Does the AI answer phone calls?
No, it texts. It replies to new leads by text, answers their questions, works out whether they're a fit and offers them a time on your calendar. Calls still come to you, and if you miss one, the caller gets a text back automatically.
What happens after launch?
Every build comes with a required three-month launch management term, billed monthly and set out in the service agreement. Each month covers your ad campaign management, adjustments to your workflows and automations, one strategy call, and up to three change requests. When the term ends, carrying on with us is optional, and nothing renews unless you choose it in writing.
Is a website included?
Yes. A marketing website of up to four pages, built for desktop and mobile, published on your domain. If you already have a site on that domain, the new one replaces it. It's designed to support your ads, forms and follow-up rather than to be a separate design project.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We install it, set it up around how you actually sell, and train you on it. Day to day you run it from one app on your phone.
What about the tools I already use?
We connect to what you already run where an integration exists. Where something you have overlaps with what we install, we'll tell you during onboarding whether to keep it, connect it or let the new system take over. The decision stays yours.
How much does it cost?
We walk through the price on your strategy call, against your own numbers, and it's written out in full in the service agreement, which you read before you sign anything.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and we don't imply one. Results depend on your market, your offer, your pricing and how the system gets used. What we can do is show you the system working in a live account on your call, before you decide anything.
