Deliverables:
Once this agreement is completed we will send you our Onboarding Form
Send us a picture of your EIN Confirmation Letter (This is to apply for your marketing phone number and send automated text messages)
Send us (10) photos/videos you would like us to use for your ads, website, and landing pages.
Send us an image of your logo
Assign us partner access to your FB Business Page & Ad Account (This is NOT access to your personal account)
If you are not sure, we will walk you through the process over a facetime call
While we setup your business we apply for your marketing phone number. In most cases your marketing number will be approved within 5 days. We automatically add 7 extra days at no extra cost to your first month to cover for this.

Deliverables & Timing:
We automatically add 7 extra days to your first month to cover account buildout and setup—at no extra cost. To stay on track, it's important to send all required deliverables within 48 hours of signing up. This helps ensure we complete onboarding within the 7-day window so you get the full value of your first month. If deliverables are late, we may not be able to finish setup on time, and we cannot adjust your billing date, even if your ads aren’t live yet. Your subscription will automatically renew 1 month and 7 days after your sign-up date.
Privacy & Confidentiality:
We respect your privacy. All confidential information you provide will remain within Infuse Sales. While we may use interactions and testimonials in our campaigns and social media, no sensitive information will be shared externally. Additionally, all leads, ad accounts, pages, strategies, assets, and materials created by Infuse Sales are the sole property of Infuse Sales and may not be reproduced, reused, or distributed by the client.
Campaign Changes & Creative Edits
Any changes to campaigns may take up to 72 Hours to process. We prioritize both quality and efficiency when making adjustments. If we create an ad or creative for you because none were provided, we offer one complimentary round of edits or changes to that creative.
Marketing Phone Number(s):
We apply for marketing phone numbers (toll-free or A2P verified) through Twilio using your business information. To apply, we need your EIN confirmation letter. Approval can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive your documents and the carrier’s processing time. These numbers are key to setting up automated systems. While we assist with setup, we’re not responsible for carrier suspensions or violations. We reserve the right to remove or delete these numbers from your sub-account or from Infuse Software if needed.
Ad Spend:
The Client agrees to invest a minimum of $25/day in ad spend but we recommend starting at $50/day for best results.
Infuse Sales reserves the right to spend less than the approved ad budget if it aligns with proven strategies.
Refunds:
Once payment is processed, all sales are final. This is because everything is easy to copy and we’ll be sharing our proprietary processes, strategies, and systems with you. Due to the exposure of our confidential business workings, no refunds will be issued.
Liability:
Infuse Sales is not liable if your ad account or business page is disabled, deactivated, or banned by any platform. The Client is responsible for filing appeals under our guidance.
Terms of Sale:
By signing, you agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. You also waive any right to file a chargeback with your credit card processor. Upon ending our relationship, all materials and created assets must be returned to their respective owners.
Special Pricing for Long-Term Partnerships:
Our initial agreement is month-to-month and renews automatically after signup. The first month includes a discount as part of our sign-up offer; regular pricing applies starting the second month. If you love our service and want to commit, we offer significant discounts for 6-month partnerships, which require a new agreement. While month-to-month plans are available, longer commitments provide better value, greater stability, and extra savings.
Cancellation Policy:
Your subscription will renew every month at date of sign up. If you choose not to renew services, please email [email protected] at least (7) days before the renewal date to prevent automated charges for the next month, if the subscription is processed we cannot process a refund.
Agreement Start & Billing Cycle:
This agreement becomes effective immediately upon signature and payment. Your second month will automatically renew 1 month and 7 days after your sign-up date, based on the built-in onboarding period, and will continue to renew automatically each month on that same date until cancelled.
