Privacy & Confidentiality:
We respect your privacy. Your confidential information will not be shared outside of Infuse Sales Likewise, all leads, strategies, assets, and materials created by Infuse Sales belong solely to us and should not be reproduced or distributed by the Client.
Deliverables:
Complete our quick Onboarding Form.
Provide (3) of your best videos / photos for the advertising campaigns.
Assign us admin access to your Business Facebook Page & Business Ad Account (This is NOT access to your personal account)
If you are not sure, we will gladly walk you through the process over a facetime or zoom

Ad Spend:
The Client agrees to invest a minimum of $25/day in ad spend.
Infuse Sales reserves the right to spend less than the approved ad budget if it aligns with proven strategies.
Changes in Ad Campaigns:
Any changes to campaigns will require up to (3) business days for processing. We prioritize quality and efficiency in all adjustments.
Refunds:
Once payment is processed, all sales are final. This is because everything is easy to copy and we’ll be sharing our proprietary processes, strategies, and systems with you. Due to the exposure of our confidential business workings, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation Policy:
Your subscription will renew every month at date of sign up. If you choose not to renew services, please email [email protected] at least (3) days before the renewal date to prevent automated charges for the next month, if the subscription is processed we cannot process a refund.
Liability:
Infuse Sales is not liable if your ad account or business page is disabled, deactivated, or banned by any platform. The Client is responsible for filing appeals under our guidance.
Terms of Sale:
By signing, you agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. You also waive any right to file a chargeback with your credit card processor. Upon ending our relationship, all materials and assets must be returned to their respective owners.
Special Pricing for Long-Term Partnerships:
We offer special pricing for clients who commit to a 6-month agreement. While month-to-month options are available, longer commitments provide better value, stability, and savings. Contact us to discuss personalized pricing for your business.
Onboarding & Setup Times:
Our setup usually takes 3-10 business days, depending on phone number approval. We’ll have everything ready within 72 hours and can start sending leads to your phone, but we recommend waiting for approval first. Setup is free and included in your first month’s payment
Effective Date:
This agreement becomes effective immediately upon signature and payment for services.
