What We Need From You:

Once your form and payment are complete, here’s what to send us to move fast:

• ✅ 10 photos or videos for us to use in your ads, landing pages, or site (We can use videos or photos from your social media as well)

• ✅ Your logo (preferably high-res PNG)

• ✅ Facebook Business Page & Ad Account access (no personal account access needed!) (We can also build your business new social media accounts if you want to keep everything separate)

Not sure how to do that? No worries — we’ll walk you through it on FaceTime or Zoom!

🗓 Billing & Timeline

• Your subscription renews automatically 1 month + 7 days after signup.

• You’ll be billed monthly on that same schedule until you cancel.

• Want to cancel? Just email [email protected] at least 7 days before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

🔒 The Fine Print (Legal Stuff)

We like to keep things friendly — but here are the must-know terms:

Campaigns & Edits

• Campaign changes may take up to 72 hours to implement.

• If you don’t submit creatives, we’ll create them for you — with one free revision included.

Ad Spend

• We recommend starting at $50/day in ad spend, with a $25/day minimum.

• We may spend slightly less if our strategy calls for it.

Phone Numbers

• We apply for your verified marketing number through Twilio using your EIN. (If you don't have an EIN or waiting for your confirmation letter we can use a spare number in the meantime to get you up and running)

• These are required for automated systems. We’re not responsible for delays, rejections, or carrier issues.

Ownership

• All campaigns, materials, ad accounts, and content created by Infuse remain the property of Infuse Sales.

• You agree not to reuse or resell our materials without written permission.

Refunds & Chargebacks

• All sales are final. Due to the proprietary nature of our systems, no refunds will be issued.

• By signing, you agree not to file a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.

Liability

• We’re not liable if your ad account or business page is restricted or banned by a platform.

• We’ll help guide you through appeals, but the responsibility lies with the account owner.
