This website is operated by Infuse Sales AI. Using it means you accept these terms. The site describes our services in general — it is not an offer, a quote, or a contract.

Every engagement is governed by an individual written service agreement. Where anything on this site differs from your signed agreement, your agreement controls.

We design and build a connected business operating system — advertising, CRM and pipeline, AI communication, automations and follow-up, booking, website and conversion, reputation, reactivation, and reporting. Exact scope, tier, and depth are set out in your agreement.

Timelines quoted publicly are typical rather than guaranteed, except the rent-to-own launch date below. Delivery depends on your inputs — access, content, approvals, and responses — arriving on time. Texting switches on only once carriers approve your registration, which takes days to weeks and is outside our control.

On rent to own, the build is complete and handed over within 7 business days from the day we receive your completed onboarding. If we miss that date, your next monthly payment is waived, and that waiver is the only remedy. Waits on texting registration, ad review and domain changes do not count toward the 7 business days. This is a delivery date for the build, not a promise of leads or results.

Rent to own. No setup fee: $297 a month for 12 payments ($3,564 in all). The first 6 payments are binding, and the first 3 months include launch management at no extra cost; in months 4 to 12, your payment keeps the system running and we fix anything that breaks. Your monthly payment includes up to 100 texts a month; calls aren’t included. Each extra 500 texts is $25, bought in advance; we warn you at 80% of the month’s allowance, and there is never an automatic overage charge. If you run out, texting keeps running for the rest of the month and we ask you to buy a block. The one-time text registration and email sending are included. Ownership transfers when the 12th payment clears. After 3 monthly payments, you may pay the remaining balance less 15% and own it right away. Rent to own requires at least $20 a day in ad spend, paid by you directly to Meta, never to us. Want us to keep running your ads after month 3? Your payment becomes $497 a month.

Own it now. The standard setup price is $2,997. Our current special is $1,497 when you sign the same day as your demo call. Owning it now also includes launch management at $297 a month for 3 months, a required term. After it, ad management is optional at $297 a month. The exact figures are set out in your agreement.

Where there is a setup price, it reserves your build slot and opens onboarding. Because work, scheduling, and third-party setup begin immediately, it is non-refundable unless your agreement says otherwise. Any promotional pricing applies only while stated and cannot be applied retroactively.

Yours from day one. Permanent once it’s paid off. If you own it now, your accounts, your data and your contacts are yours from day one, with your own admin login. The installed system configured for your business, your content, and the creative produced specifically for you are yours to keep when the final payment clears — the setup price and all launch management payments.

On rent to own, your system runs in a GoHighLevel account we provide during the 12 payments. When the 12th payment clears (or you pay it off early), it is yours to keep, and you choose either a free transfer into your own GoHighLevel account or the optional Stay Hosted plan at $197 a month, month to month. On Stay Hosted, the system stays in the account we provide, and the plan includes the monthly results report, keeping it running, and 1 change request a month. If you transfer it, the GoHighLevel account and its monthly subscription are yours, billed by GoHighLevel.

Ours. The underlying methodology, reusable templates, frameworks, snapshots, and tooling we bring to every build remain our intellectual property. You receive a licence to use them inside your installed system, not to resell or redistribute them.

Your system runs on third-party platforms — CRM, advertising, telephony, messaging, payments, and hosting. Those accounts are held in your name, billed to you directly, and governed by their own terms. On rent to own, the CRM runs in a GoHighLevel account we provide until ownership transfers.

Domains: if you already have a website, you keep it, and we put our pages on a subdomain such as get.yourbusiness.com with one DNS record. On rent to own with no domain, we buy the least expensive available domain inside the account we provide, included in your monthly payment, and it moves to you with the account at payoff. Want a specific domain? You buy it through a link we send. If you cancel before payoff, the domain we bought stays with us, and you can buy it from us for a one-time $97. If you own it now and have no domain, we buy the least expensive available one in your own GoHighLevel account (first year included) and connect it, or you buy a specific one through a link we send.

Subscription and advertising spend is separate from our fee. If you own it now, you pay your GoHighLevel subscription, text-messaging registration and texting and calling usage directly to GoHighLevel. On rent to own, texts up to the monthly allowance are included (see Payment), as are the one-time text registration and email sending. Either way, you pay ad spend directly to the ad platforms. We are not responsible for a third party changing its pricing, policies, features, or availability.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us, for holding the rights to any content you supply, for how you use the system after handover, and for complying with the laws that apply to your marketing — including consent rules for calls, texts, and email.

We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, appointment counts, or rankings. Results depend on your market, offer, pricing, capacity, sales process, and how the system is used. Anything described on this site as a typical outcome is a description of what the system is built to do, not a promise of what your business will earn.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
